This web page is for state publication depository librarians.

Retrieve MARC records and Shipping Lists in four steps:

  • 1. Open the MARC record source site.
              Help if you are using Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher
  • 2. Locate the MARC record and shipping list documents you need based on the date of distribution.
  • 3. Copy and paste or drag and drop the file or files you want to your local computer.
  • 4. Import MARC records into your Integrated Library System following your ILS instructions.
