Introduction
The Montana State Library offers online classes for continuing education credit.
Classes
Interlibrary Loan
Topics include what is Interlibrary Loan, Montana Interlibrary Loan Protocols, and an overview of the Interlibrary Loan Process. This class will take approximately 1-2 hours. It includes exercises, links to other resources, and a self-assesment tool. This course will qualify your for Interlibrary Loan Reimbursement.
Collection Development
Topics include the collection development policy, assessing the collection, selecting materials, weeding, and intellectual freedom. Please register for the collection development course before taking it. You can do so by sending an email to Maggie Meredith.
