Planning and Evaluation

LSTA Five-Year Plan 2008-2012 (pdf)
Tthe Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) requires each state to submit a long-range plan indicating how the LSTA priorities will be met using LSTA grant funds. Montana's five-year plan was given official approval from IMLS on October 1, 2007.

Evaluation Report for the Montana State Library (pdf)
This report was completed by Johnson & Johnson consulting. Every five years, the Montana State Library must engage in long range planning. At the end of that five years, we are required to be evaluated by an outside consultant.
